Subprocessors
Last updated: 8 October 2026
CronBeat uses the providers below to run the service. This list belongs to the Privacy Policy. Where we do not state a location, we do not guess: see the provider's documentation.
Providers
| Provider | Purpose | Data shared | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hosting provider (virtual private server) | Runs the application and the database. | All data described in the Privacy Policy. | Europe (server region). |
| Cloudflare | Delivers the CronBeat web app (the pages you open in the browser). | Your requests for the web app, including your IP address. | See the provider's documentation. |
| Mailjet | Delivers email: account emails and email alerts. | Recipient email address and the content of the message. | See the provider's documentation. |
| Polar | Payments for paid plans, as merchant of record. | Your email address and subscription details. Card details are entered at Polar only. | See the provider's documentation. |
| Backblaze B2 | Storage of database backups. | Backups of the database. | See the provider's documentation. |
| Anthropic | Writes the AI explanation of an incident. Used only if this feature is switched on and only when you ask for an explanation. | The facts of that incident and the output of the failed run, with passwords, tokens, keys and email addresses removed first. | See the provider's documentation. |
| GitHub, Google, GitLab | Optional sign in, only if you choose to use them. | Your sign-in request. We receive your identifier and email address from the provider. | See the provider's documentation. |
Alerts that you route to Slack or to a webhook of your own go to the destination you configured. Those services are your choice and are not our subprocessors.
