Questions
What counts as a monitor?
One monitor watches one scheduled job: a cron job, a script or a scheduler task. Each job you want to be alerted about is one monitor.
What happens when I exceed a limit?
When you reach a limit you cannot add more, what you have keeps running. If your plan gets smaller, the oldest monitors keep running and the rest are paused, and agents, API tokens and status pages above the new limit stop working. Nothing is deleted and your history is kept for 30 more days. When you upgrade, what the plan paused resumes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in the customer portal, opened from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
How is billing handled?
Payments are handled by Polar on a secure checkout page. CronBeat never sees your card details.
Does the Free plan expire?
No. The Free plan has no trial period and no expiry date.
